Art Market at Touchstone

In celebration of World Mental Health Day on October 10th, Touchstone Mental Health is hosting an Art Market at our admin location on Snelling from 12-4pm! Not only does creating art show reduction in symptoms of depression, anxiety, pain, trauma, and protect against cognitive decline, but just viewing art can increase social connectedness, increase empathy, similarly improve symptoms of depression and anxiety (Weir, 2025). Every piece you encounter at this market will have been made by hand by a local Minneapolis artist. As the holiday season approaches, we invite those dedicated to shopping local to peruse our curation of wares and go home with a one-of-a-kind purchase for any number of loved ones.
