Celebrating Kyle Garden Square & What’s Ahead in 2026

The team at Kyle Garden Square has done extraordinary work bringing this program to life and creating a welcoming, healing environment for individuals exiting homelessness. Thanks to their dedication, 59 new affordable supportive housing apartments are now home to people who previously experienced homelessness. This milestone reflects the heart, perseverance, and care our staff bring to their work every day.

Looking ahead to 2026, Touchstone’s housing impact continues to grow.

Enclave Overlook
These apartments are a new mixed-income rental development by TTT Development, LLC, designed with strategies that aggressively reduce energy usage—lowering environmental impact while helping residents save money long-term. Touchstone will provide on-site support with 0.5 FTE staff, along with dedicated staff workspace.

Exodus / Aeon (Minneapolis)
This 72-unit supportive housing community will serve individuals living with mental illness and will feature a community garden, workout room, and robust on-site supports. The building includes ample staff space, a nursing room, and a large conference/training room on the second floor, with 24/7 staffing to support residents.
