2025 Year In Review
Greetings,
As we end the year, thank you for standing with Touchstone Mental Health. Your generosity continues to bring hope, stability, and healing to people across our community. We are truly grateful for you.
Because of your support in 2025, together we:
- Launched Mosaic in Anoka County, providing meals, connection, and peer support to more than 100 adults.
- Opened Kyle Garden Square in partnership with Alliance Housing, adding 59 new supportive housing units for people exiting homelessness.
- Expanded housing stability through the Bridges Housing Subsidy Program and Housing Trust Fund, helping dozens of households find and keep safe and affordable housing in a community of their choosing.
- Began a supportive housing collaboration at Lydia Apartments with Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative and PSS, serving 80 individuals.
- Advanced recovery-focused care through research with the University of Minnesota.
- Improved sustainability and healing spaces at Lyric Lane with solar panels and renovations that will be completed in early 2026.
In addition to these new offerings, we continued to provide supportive housing services, community-based services, and intensive residential treatment services, ensuring consistent, high-quality care for those who rely on us.
Looking ahead, we are excited to partner with Aeon on Exodus Housing, a new supportive housing development for 72 individuals opening in 2026.
None of this would be possible without our greatest asset—our dedicated, mission-driven staff—and the leadership of our volunteer Board of Directors. Their commitment makes this work possible every day.
In total, 2,857 people were served in 2025 across 14 Touchstone programs.
