Rising Cedar Apartments in Minneapolis offers supportive housing with round-the-clock on-site services. The emphasis is on community integration, person-center goal planning, and recovery within a healing environment.

Eligibility
- Single adult, ages 18 or older
- Have a serious mental illness
- In need of 24-hour monitoring and support
