Touchstone Mental Health is proud to partner with Anoka County to launch a new Community Support Program (CSP) designed to support adults living with mental illness. This welcoming drop-in center will offer psychosocial rehabilitation services that promote healing, connection, and community integration.
Touchstone provides transportation to and from Mosaic on Mondays and Thursdays. Pick up and drop off location is the Blaine Human Service Center located at 1201 89th Ave. NE. Pick up is at 11:00am and drop off is at 3:00pm.
Our CSP emphasizes arts-based programming, peer connection, and skill-building to support recovery and well-being.
Members will have opportunities to:
- Build meaningful relationships
- Participate in creative and wellness-focused activities
- Strengthen independent living skills
- Access community resources and support
Hour of Operation:
Monday- Friday 11:00am -4:00pm
Second Saturday of each month 10:00am- 2:00pm
