Kyle Garden Square (Coming Soon)

Through collaborations with housing development and property management experts Alliance Housing and Property Solutions and Services, Touchstone will embark on our third partnership with this team. Touchstone will be the on-site service provider at Kyle Garden Square. It will bring 59-units of affordable housing to downtown Minneapolis. The target date for tenants to move in is November of 2025.
