About Kyle Garden Square
Kyle Garden Square provides permanent supportive housing for adults age 18 and older who have experienced homelessness. Residents live in safe, stable housing with access to optional, personalized 24-hour on-site support services provided by Touchstone Mental Health.

Some residents receive Integrated Community Supports (ICS) to help maintain housing stability and support their individual goals. Funding from Hennepin County and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is invested in this housing, reinforcing long-term stability and access to essential services.

Services are rooted in person-centered planning and are designed to promote independence, community integration, and overall well-being. Touchstone staff partner with residents to connect them to mental health care, health services, and community resources—supporting each person’s path toward stability, dignity, and a true sense of home.
