At this time we have exhausted all funding for rental assistance in Bloomington. Touchstone has limited funding to provide emergency rental assistance of past due rent and past due utilities for eligible households in Bloomington MN. This is a one-time payment.
To be eligible for the program applicants must:
Live in the City of Bloomington.
Have gross annual household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Have an eviction notice from your landlord, and be at risk of homelessness or housing instability.
