Touchstone has limited funding to provide emergency rental assistance of past due rent and past due utilities for eligible households in Bloomington MN. This is a one-time payment.
To be eligible for the program applicants must:
Live in the City of Bloomington.
Have gross annual household income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Have an eviction notice from your landlord, and be at risk of homelessness or housing instability.
