At Touchstone Mental Health, we understand the importance of laying the groundwork long before construction crews arrive, or counseling sessions begin. We wanted to invite you to join us in supporting our pre-development work.
Take, for example, the inspiring story of Kyle Garden Square in Minneapolis. Through collaborations with housing development and property management experts Alliance Housing and Property Solutions and Services, Touchstone will embark on our third partnership with this team. Touchstone will be the on-site service provider at Kyle Garden Square. It will be bringing 59 much-needed affordable housing units to downtown Minneapolis.
The journey doesn’t end there. As we navigate the complex landscape of securing funding, we’re reminded of the challenges that lie ahead. It can take years before we welcome our first clients through the door.
With future projects lined up with different property developers, CommonBond, Aeon, VY Management, New Generations LLC, One StopAfrican Market, and GloryVille, we’re poised to make a real difference in the lives of hundreds in our community.
